How is this allowed? How have we just accepted and normalised being inhumane and the insane working hours, and, you know what, where is the HR? Only to find them doing administrative work, and it looked like it wasn't entirely their fault either; they had the responsibility to keep a good culture, but not the proportional authority to do it. No say in the way the manager treats their subordinates, no say in the pay designed, but yes, there were wellness and yoga mails coming
